SUP Yoga & Fitness
SUP Yoga is a combination of yoga and pilates whilst on a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP). It is a great way to exercise the mind, body and breath and a great workout that challenges each individual on all different levels. SUP Yoga is a great opportunity to strengthen your balance and core all at once. This is a full body workout on a holistic level.
The participant can expect a challenging body balance awareness session, while working the core with a major focus on correct function.
The SUP Yoga session is broken up into 3 parts:
– Movement & Mobility (on land)
– SUP familiarisation
– Explore and work through Yoga postures on the SUP
Cost $40 per person
The sessions are tailored to suit every participant — from a first time SUP user, to the first time yogi — challenging each individual at all levels of ability in a fun and friendly environment.
